Welcome to Day 10! This one is intensive, it’s 1 minute of a workout followed by a 1 minute break.
I didn’t record myself for the whole minute to keep the video short, but make sure you do the exercise for the whole minute. Do keep a timer for yourself and breathe properly during each workout.
Remember this is High Interval Intensity Training!
